Regenerative farming in Palestine for social and ecological resilience

Mohammed Ruzzi is manager of the Palestine Fair Trade Association (PFTA), a network of 51 cooperatives supporting 1200 farmers in the north of Palestine’s West Bank region. PFTA farmers export organic fairtrade olive oil and other products to the UK through Zaytoun, a UK social enterprise. At the end of February, he will be visiting the UK for Fairtrade Fortnight, and is keen to talk to campaigners, farmers and climate change activists to share the knowledge and techniques they are using in Palestine to support a sustainable living for Fairtrade farming families.
